The plot also includes three new† purpose built loft† apartment buildings. Little Lofts, the Gate House and the Cube. The main Boiler House was completed in 2001 followed by The Cube in 2004.

Remedial works started on the chimney at the beginning of August 2015. The object of the exercise is to remove the unsightly rust spots and prevent new ones forming.

Once the preparation works are completed the chimney will be repainted over the following weeks.
